Chocolate Cheesecake

1 Graham Cracker Crust (unbaked)

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips

1 1/4 cups sugar

24 oz. cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp cocoa

16 oz. sour cream


Prepare Graham Cracker Crust in a 9" springform pan.

Melt chocolate chips.

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Gradually add sugar, mixing well.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in cocoa, melted chocolate, and vanilla and mix until blended.

Stir in sour cream, blending well.

Pour into the crust.

Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes.

Let cool to room temperature then chill until firm.
